Five for Friday {The Countdown is ON}

A quick little recap of our week...




We made "Poetry Pops" to go along with our Onomatopoeia poems.


We started our ABC Countdown with Absolutely Awesome Art day!  Students design their very own "monSTARS" and got all of their fellow monSTARS to autograph the backs of them as a little keepsake from our classroom.
B day was Beach Blankets & Books....we just love when it's nice enough to read outdoors!

We kept working on money....using the fewest coins possible to make amounts and making change from $1.00.  Students designed their own toy stores to use in our "hop and shop" activities.

 

We started designing our Mother's Day Magazines, too!

    I can't wait to start the Poetry Pizzazz Unit in a few weeks! It looks so fun! & I love the ABC countdown, hopefully I can get it together enough to get that rollin! Happy weekend!
